Conor Hehir and Harry Keohan had given the villagers a two goal lead but the visitors fought back in the second half to make it 2-1.
Ten minutes to go before the final whistle Harry scored a tremendous shot to the bottom right hand corner to make it 3-1.
Ballinroad fought back hard again just before the final whistle to score. With the Teams at 3 - 2, Ballinroad kept pressing on and had another shot on goal, but Ben Dalton came to the rescue with an incredible safe to keep the score line at 3 -2 and the game ending.
Congratulations to both teams for an outstanding game that thrilled the massive crowd of spectators. The skill, determination, and sportsmanship displayed by both sides made this an unforgettable experience for everyone in attendance.
